What to expect
Messages are read in the order they arrive by the people who write the pages, not by a support queue. Rights and permissions enquiries take longer, since they usually need checking before we can answer properly.

If your question is about how we choose what to include, the short answer is on each guide page: the selections are editorial and organised by what a work does well, not scored or ranked. If you think something significant is missing, say what it does that the listed alternatives do not — that is the argument most likely to change the page.
